Return & Refund Policy

Returns

All Crooked Halo items are made to order after checkout. Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or altered items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Eric@CrookedHalo.world and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide photo evidence within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for production delays within the stated delivery window.

International orders are not refunded due to customs duties, VAT charges, or refusal to pay import fees.
